My thoughts on any desire for Rosen to keep the stock price low is maybe opposite. If CTIX was at the same stock price as before the lawsuit, Rosen could try to claim that no damage was done - they want the stock price to recover. The value put on the attorney fees used to determine sanctions would be independent of current stock price, I just can't see how or why a court would let a daily fluctuating variable have an effect on the resulting sanctions. Perhaps the value can be based on the constant $1.70 or the stock price on the day fees were calculated, I don't know, just thinking out loud. But if some entity is suppressing the stock price, I think it is adding to Rosen's peril.
