That is a ridiculous statement. No one would be upset that there is now a floor.
And I only said "This is a HUGE step in the wrong direction" because the previous poster said "This is a HUGE step in the right direction."
I don't care if others make money. I only care what I make or lose.
I am upset that they put the floor at 5 cents. So we will be diluted to oblivion unless they can be bought out.
Go do the math. After they are done converting, there will be an earth shattering amount of issued and outstanding shares.
I calculated that I would have to invest another $50K to get my average down to a break-even if you value the company at $100M.
This goes away if they can partner and pay off the toxics. But that takes around $28M to do. Sound likely that someone will give AMBS that amount plus enough to do the trial plus enough to run the company? No. So you have to look at things as they will play out without that happening. And it is negative, not positive.

I like the news today. Seems like there are a couple that don't and trying to spin it as negative. I guess if I shorted this stock, I wouldn't be happy as it has a floor now and would need to think about covering before ESS trial starts. Not saying you or any other specific poster is short, but clearly some are in this stock given the non-stop, dedicated life to bashing.
