Question. As I have mentioned before, I think this "retraining" thing is complete B.S. So, When I read the 8k it states "that it had completed the first of two steps"..... and then right after that, "contract manufacturer has initiated the second step and.... " If they completed the first two steps, how do you initiate the second step?
