But, but, 'political correctness'. We used to be able, some of us not educated beyond that kind of childishness and mean spiritedness, to mock and express bigotries openly that now, appropriately, draw fire.

More and more I understand what people mean when they say "Trump says what I think".

To which the always appropriate response is "grow a pair and share your views more widely than on an Internet site or among people who think as you do."

'Political correctness' is what the truly weak and cowardly cry when they're called out for their remarks and for their behavior, most of which is condemned by the 'book' they profess to believe in and by people who are neither moral imbeciles nor hypocrites.

The thing that used to piss me off the most? Many of you are probably responsible for my having to view HR presentations, and films depicting ham-handed behavior, that are all really just about 'stop being a prick and start treating people the way you want to be treated''.

I came to notice, from a small sample to be sure, that those who snickered at the presentations, were the ones most likely to be sitting outside the HR office, soon, waiting to be disciplined or fired!

Ya bastads created explosive growth in HR departments, and those damned videos.
