The Gladiator Training Fitness Center, which is located in suburban Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has over 1,500 active members has been in operation for over 15 years and is generating annual revenue of approximately $700,000. Golden Global intends to rebrand the Fitness Center as its initial Global Fitness Training Center.

We recognize that our progression has taken longer than management had originally expected. In order to keep our promises and commitments to our investment community, we would like to answer any questions that we have received in regards to our reporting status. Unfortunately, we have experienced a number of delays that have held up the process. The previous management team of the mining operation had difficulty cooperating with our current leadership team in their efforts to obtain financial records.
