AA i always appreciate your thoughts but i have to respectfully dissagree with the following:
I don't think starting the ESS trials is wise if you don't have enough money to see the whole trial through. It weakens your negotiations for a deal imo. The other party can negotiate better terms for themselves because they know that AMBS really needs the money in a certain timeframe to complete their trails and that forces AMBS to make a less favorable deal for them or else the ESS trials will be on hold when they run out of money.
I personally think it would be better to find a partner and get the best deal (JV) possible and let companies outbid eachother to become partners with AMBS for ESS and then when you have your finances in order, then start the ESS trials.
Just my opinion.
