The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $0.64 per share representing a 6.7% increase from the previous annual dividend rate of $0.60 per share. The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on July 15, 2016 to holders of record on June 30, 2016.
