The company is evaluating its strategic alternatives in order to maximize the value of its remaining assets. As part of the plan, the Company intends to conduct an orderly liquidation of its assets and dissolution of its business, consistent with its legal obligations, and as part of the wind down, anticipates an immediate and significant reduction in its work force.
