The Supreme Court is not bound by the United States Constitution. It is a Admiralty or Marshall Law Court.
Meaning. If the President signs a Executive order for Sharia Law in the United Sates. That would be the law of the land if the Supreme Court upholds the Executive Order as the Federal Court system supplants State Law and Constitutional Law.
