In my area Comcast is running a special on 100mbs internet connection (with standard cable channels) for $60 per month. They are offering a 300mbs combo for $70 per month. AT&T just came out with a promotion for Gigabit internet service for $70 per month. The cable companies realize that streaming is taking over cable and are adjusting very fast. This just proves that NTEK was positioning itself for this wave about 3 years ago and is now providing more UHD content than anybody else, just ahead of this wave. I am currently paying $65 per month for 20mbs internet. NOT FOR VERY LONG! I will be switching over soon. Can't wait to see how well UltraFlix works over 300mbs service. Didn't I hear somewhere that UltraFlix was planning on providing HDR 4K for customers with 100+ speed? WOW! It almost seems like NTEK is leading the way in THE FUTURE OF ENTERTAINMENT. Sports should be no problem at 100mbs.
Oh, I almost forgot. Google fiber is only a few months away from providing its network service to our area.
