"The only aspect that Has Changed is Scalability " - i can agree with this being an issue as i have faced this previously in a business and it can be exciting and terrifying know that disappointing early on can kill all momentum and dig even a bigger hole. for the sake of argument and assuming this is the case - why not just make a brief statement to the fact? Bill has been rather matter of fact and has had no problem admitting past errors and moving forward. i think most long term holders would accept that.
with email from IR earlier - they have provided agenda and will address revenues and guidance. i will wait for CC/details for any further comment/questions. i do hope the information provided is not vague but pointed, aggressive, and also realistic as the original plan was. i hope they specifically address scalability concerns and how that plays in with financing/loans and the ability to properly scale without sacrificing quality. also hope they shed some light on the recent $10MM loan and provide details.
if your assertions are correct and the CC validates that, then we will be moving to the next phase. need to show that revenues will ramp up fast enough to provide sufficient cash flow to attract quality debt/capital to allow for real scalability/viability. if/when shareholders believe they have reached that point - current trading range should be a quick memory.
looking forward to a productive CC on thursday
