The only aspect that Has Changed is Scalability . Due to my inability at typing efficiency, I tend to be rather vague on details, but try to cast the information in a more generalized fashion. Though Bill has been in this business for years, I Really think he was caught completely off-guard with his own success. The Best News is that Market did not move on...They appear to be Watching and Waiting for TPAC to have the stabilization and financial capacity to fulfill the size and volume of orders required. Gerry said it quit simply in his post # 10468......Light-hearted , but accurate....
We apparently have acquired an as needed $10 Mil Loan for materials which I expect our Export License will be utilized for further savings as well. We have a long ways to go before we can stand alone and will be utilizing Re-Sellers for some time until we are more self sufficient in regards to scalability.
Regardless of the market or size of a firm, an economic forecast is to a large degree whimsical at best, Especially with a developmental emerging company. Many may not realize how intentionally swayed an earnings "guess" can be purely as a maketable aspect. Obviously a larger more established firm is far easier to forecast financials than a firm where literally each week can bring a different picture. Purely emerging, finding our legs and stretching in the mean time...The issue we have here is in that you appear to be demanding some degree of finality in a daily changing financial aspect.....You can speculate all you want for guidance and forward looking statements, but for TPAC currently that is nothing more than an uneducated guess due to a lack of any verifiable information as it as well changes literally daily. If Bill may have been anticipating $1 Mil to $5 Mil Orders and felt comfortable.....And suddenly finds himself with "Orders Averaging $25 Mil"....That Correlates to a Pausible Moment....With Monumental Walls of Production Capability It's self as well as the financial aspect of Materials.
This appears to take immediate fore front of priorities for survival as well as Forward Movement for the Company........I believe though financial forecasts are in-fact a very important aspect and to some degree a useful "tool" as guidance...that currently immediate production and material financing Trumps the list of critical goals.............And I could very well be nuts to begin with....But I'm not going to lose sleep over it..........imo
