Given history, we can expect the def 14C to start instituting those other authorized shares this week. If so, it'll support the possibility they intend to leverage the new acquisitions on them instead of the R/S.
So I'm guessing audits, acquisitions, then R/S with a few PR's stirred in. I wonder how it'll taste? I'm always skeptical of baking recipes with no egg or flour.
