I completely agree that he could be planning to use the r/s for that but I thought that the increase in A/S was to allow the acquisitions. Either way, there is a smart way to do this and a bad way. I am hoping they opt for the smart way and not something that hurts share price.
When we get financials it will be without Smith Brothers being on there so we are going to be looking at lower numbers. If we make two more purchases and they work out to 25 million additional volume we would be sitting about 40 million a year, without Smith. Add him back in and we are in purchase territory for another company. That is where we want to be and that is when you want to be holding as many shares as possible.
