How to remove 90% of the stress involved in invest

Not investment advice...
Do not invest more than you can afford to lose. If Mr. Bob comfortably spends $100 every weekend on dinner and a movie, more than likely Mr. Bob could hold off on a weekend of fun and invest that $100 in the stock market. If he makes a profit.. great. If he loses $100... oh well.
Whenever a stock fails I consistently see four types of investors in these boards:
1. The smart investor - He didnt invest more than he can afford to lose. He lost his entire investment, but will be perfectly fine because he did not spend more than he could afford to lose. He blames no one for the loss and takes responsibility for his own personal decision to invest. Instead of getting mad, he focuses his energy onto intensive DD on another stock. The loss of his investment obviously makes him upset, but he loses no sleep knowing his finances are in order.
2. The angry investor - He may or may not have spent more than he can afford to lose. Following a failed reverse split, or bad financials, or bad PR, the stock price plummets. This investor blames everyone except himself; almost as if someone else forced him to press the 'Buy' button. Oddly enough, this type of investor tends to buy more and more shares in this failed company as the price plummets even though the company never releases new PRs. Often times I read people say things such as, "Im sure im crazy but I just bought another 5 million shares. Wish me luck!" or, "This has got to go up eventually!" This attitude occurs because the investor is trying to justify his losses. If he moves on to another stock (or quits investing altogether), he considers himself a 'loser'. But if he remains invested, he sees a 'glimmer of hope'; even though in his gut he knows it will probably never happen.
3. The resigned investor - New to investing, he may or may not have spent more than he can afford to lose. Regardless, he realizes investing is not as easy as he first thought. His DD was probably at a minimal (if any). Although he probably has the ability to become a smart investor, he becomes intimidated by the stock market and never invests again.
4. The withstanding investor - New to investing, he may or may not have spent more than he can afford to lose. Regardless, he realizes investing is not as easy as he first thought. Although intimidated by the loss of his investment, instead of becoming a resigned investor, he studies the market in order to be come a better investor. He speaks with an investment professional. Before jumping back into the market, he learns from his mistakes and realizes he must only invest what he can afford to lose.
..there are probably many other types of investors. This list is to simply demonstrate how investing can be an enjoyable and profitable hobby by not investing more than we can afford to lose. Of course, this is not investment advice and it is a good idea to speak with an investment professional prior to investing.
