Reason why BSSP has a Yield Sign on OTCMarkets..
Its all about timing:
1. Go to the SEC website and search for Bassline Productions Inc. Notice anything?
It goes straight to Reve Technologies.
2. Now go to the SEC website and search for Reve. Notice anything?
It says "Formerly known as Bassline".
This indicates to us that the old company Bassline is gone. Kaput. Nada. Zero.
Now look at the most recent filing for Reve:
Its an 8k from June 2016. Notice anything about this? Simply put, the company hasnt filed its most recent filings.
Before people freak out keep reading..
Go to the Wyoming Business website and search for Reve.Notice REVE had its initial filing MAY 27 2016. This means the name change took effect MAY 27 2016. BSSP has a yield sign, not because it is 'bad' but because the SEC wants to see updated filings for the period of the company being Reve and turning into Cantech. BSSP clearly stated they are working on these filings.
Yield signs dont mean the company is dying. It simply informs investors to do thorough DD prior to investing.
Take UDHI for example. They had a yield sign and it was removed right after they brought their SEC filings up to date. If i remeber right, this was back in May of 2014. Anyways, UDHI had a very low share price while it had the yield sign (from around .001 to .003). A couple months after the yield sign was removed, the price skyrocketed to .045 CENTS. !!!
I wonder if we'd be happy with .045 cents with BSSP???
This isnt to compare companies. Its simply showing 1. Naysayers are full of it. 2. A company with a yield sign isnt 'dead'. Instead, its working on updating its filings. 3. I believe once we are updated, we'll see a similar movement as UDHI. Maybe not up to .045, but probably around .0082 (could be higher, who knows).
