"Management" is too busy running his two other businesses. Business that are profitable.
Shutting down operations back in 2013, stopping all sales and marketing efforts, and ceasing all operations, was a convenience to "management".
Some investors took the hint. Others are still awaiting "fireworks".
Here's to what "management" DOESN'T file next!!!
