oh i understand what you are saying to a T .. but .. there are many who do
require updates beyond fins being filed .. and i do agree that it isn't unreasonable
for current mgmt to *articulate* info 2 to 4x per year .. since P2O investors
do not get even the courtesy of an accompanying PR out of current mgmt
when Qs and K are filed
