I'm in totally agreement with you. The only thing I can say about the Audits.... Proxy .... Maybe they are in an agreement for a buyout in the wings and must be quite.. My thoughts Verizon
As for the NTGL Shares ... Maybe they are holding them on their books for a reason because of their balance sheets. But they can speak up on this because the shares do belong to the investors.
