People were saying the same thing about the price being bottomed out when this was in the pennies pre split, but look how that turned out. Sure, the market cap might not be going much lower, but as we have all been witness to, the shareholder value and company value can behave independently of each other when "financial engineering" is involved.
I don't know if now is the best time to buy AMBS. Certainly it is the best point up until now, but over the last few years if you want a lower entry point all you have to do is wait. If there's one thing that has been consistent with this company, it's the steady empty promises, missed deadlines, and decreasing value. That being said, it will have to turn around at some point or go bankrupt. So by all means, roll the dice and hopefully it pays off. Just be aware of the history of this company so you can make an informed decision.
