Appeal makes sense....time is the friend of almost

Appeal makes sense....time is the friend of almost every defendant...memories fade, witnesses disappear, documents get lost or mishandled..unfortunately that is a bigger factor pretrial than post trial...evidence is what it is and Rosen has lots of problems..they can take a breath while the appeal plays out but unlikely that anything will change
