The sad thing regarding the stock price is that there is very little conversion taking place; however, there is no demand for the stock. Thus, a small volume is taking it down. Even with possible JV pending this month, very few people have trust in management to invest more money.
On the flip side, if there is a good news, this stock is primed for a huge move. If one is a gambler, now is not a bad time to jump in. There is 3 more weeks if not sooner before finding out the nature of the JV for ESS.
I have put out a list of potential partners in an earlier post. I believe, the potential partner is in the list. May be we can work together to narrow the list down.
