My biggest frustration is this: This entire lawsuit was based on seeking damages for shareholders who were harmed by lies and deceptive statements. As the judge's decision revealed, the true defendant in this case should have been Mako.
Someone needs to go after SA and force them to reveal his true identity. The form of free speech Mako used is not protected free speech in my opinion. What is to prevent someone in the future from following this formula again. One could write utter and complete lies, and benefit from shorting while the investment community is harmed.
