Rosen firm had MANY opportunities to withdraw from the case with little damage to itself. I hope the judge is angry about the tremendous waste of her (and our attorneys' and Leo's) time and makes them pay up for our legal fees. And also takes other steps, like recommending disbarment.

But, she's probably also grateful that she could write a precedent-setting decision -- they gave her the opportunity to be remembered in legal history. Ecch.

What I really expect is that we get awarded legal fees. Beyond that, I dunno -- lawyers (including judges) are hesitant to really go after fellow lawyers, no matter how sleazy they are, or how much they deserve it.
