Basically they are trying the same technique as they did when the first saw Sullivan's name, they are trying to claim he isn't authorized by the court to practice law in NY. I don't know the exact rules, but it's more of a delay technique than anything else. Sullivan had been approved pro hac vice for this case# I don't think he has to request it again unless they filed under a new case#...but Rosen using their flunky monkey that writes like a 10 year old is probably not their best move. The only supporting document I can read says nothing about the Cellceutix's drugs or Cellceutix at all, except the water mark the 10 year old put on the document that doesn't even spell Cellceutix correctly. I hope the Judge burries these guys in a large heap of the shit that they have filed the courts with for years!
