This is just my opinion. Most long term investors are here with ave of .0004. By then flippers will be gone. If we hold at .0004 then i think an r/s will come into play and those that are in long term can go with him. He has some debt he wants to take care of first. I truly believe we dont have to even think about an r/s till after trip 4. Again, just my thoughts
