It's simple Alan. Shorts have stopped shorting, R/S is very close, then MAJOR NEWS begins, including LIVE EVENTS and MAJOR ADVERTISING in the fall...They are doing it smart by NOT PR'ing much until AFTER R/S...Great Buying time imo w/o question at these levels....
