Community West Bancshares (Community West or the Company), (Nasdaq:CWBC), parent company of Community West Bank (Bank), today reported net income of $2.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2014 (4Q14) compared to $1.7 million in the third quarter of 2014 (3Q14) and $3.1 million in the fourth quarter a year ago (4Q13). Community West's results for 4Q13 included a $2.8 million tax benefit as a result of the reversal of its deferred tax asset valuation allowance.
