If they get disbarred, game over. But that's not likely unless the bar association decides it's had enough of this. HOWEVER: the fact that CTIX fought them and won may make other companies realize that they can do likewise. And now they know what law firm to hire. If CTIX gets at least their legal fees back, plus hopefully other damages, other companies will fight back too because they'll see that it's possible, and that in the long run they'll be made whole for the expense of fighting back. When there are enough of these cases for a pattern of behavior to be established (in the legal sense, we know it's obvious to the common-sense civilian), it's going to be easier for these guys to get disbarred.
Of course, the judge could decide to really whack the Rosen Firm, and that would be epic.
