Enlighten me, if you will.
When ambulance chaser attorneys settle, prior to going to trial, the awards are often in the many millions correct? How are these sanctions, if only for attorney's fees, going to deter them from repeating the same actions? 1 win far outweighs even a few losses. My guess is the settle much more frequently than they go to court and are probably cleaning up. Their shotgun approach is working for them and likely will continue to. So abusive of the system, and so blatant...
