I agree he has a lot to gain by inking "something"....but if it's not the "right" deal and the motive is to make some cash...then we fulfill the "scam" portfolio. I'd rather wait for the right deal.

I believe that as well. If the right incentives are not there ..either government..tax relief...or construction and use..sales...property...some kind of incentives to go green with this kind of process...the rationale for the purchase or lease...just doesn't add up. All these things have to fall into place...or it won't fly..and I suspect the holdup on a lot of this is finalizing some of those third and fourth party incentives. What a PITA!!

IMO, these machines need to be scaled back. Too much machine for individualized use....perhaps for a massive recycle center...you could use one of these beasts...but for a limited manufacturing process...just too much!!

IMO, keeping the filings current are the priority until an agreement is reached.

don't believe that he is either incompetent or a traitor....just caught in a very difficult position.

I have no issues with him offering Stock, ala GEVO, on good news...but now certainly won't cut it. And yet, he has little to nothing to work with...not an enviable position. He needs a WM or some other big name to get on board...he needs to partner up..and things will get on track...
