And if the nss is as deep as some feel, then Heddle is dumber than we think. He could trigger the moass with the stroke of a pen. The argument that deals are complex and take time is old. Specially when you are talking about such a "paradigm" shifting technology.
I believe the technology works....but to what degree? Obviously not well enough for perspective customers to knock down the doors.
If Heddle is so confident, why hasn't he paid the vendors who made the kilns and towers? They still sit in the same spot as they have for nearly 4 years. If a sale were imminent or even close, wouldn't he want to have the equipment in his possession? Besides the point that it's only ethical to honor the contract you have with a small businessman. Nobody likes being stiffed for 6 figures when you have a weekly payroll to meet. Shame on Heddle. But I am not surprised. Heddle is looking out for Heddle, IMO. Shareholders? Vendors?....Fidiciary Duty? Credibility? Not things he is concerned with imo.
As far as his keeping the company afloat...big deal. He structured everything to take control of all the assets. The property is next to the Niagara River and a stones throw from Lake Erie. Nice asset for a guy who already owns a Marine business.
So, in my opinion, he is either incredibly incompetent....or a Benedict Arnold.
