1) either delay form 10 refiling til sept 31'st. then 60 days after that (nov 31), BOTH Q4 ending june 31 (which gets posted on about aug 15) and Q1 ending sept 31 (posted about nov 15) will be incorporated into the filing. after nov 31, all clear to uplist & any new investment houses can look at the summer sales that are included.
2) refile form 10 asap and this would allow plenty of time to allow for fuck-ups (and there will be more). the nov 31 uplist target would still hold to include summer sales.
or do you guys want an uplist like - immediately - cuz you're in a big rush to cash out.
