The interviewer was unprepared Jerry had to use a shoe horn to get a word in edgewise.
The SEC is under staffed and they requested information at the last minute. They suggested the company withdraw the Form 10 and resubmit it to allow them time to do the job correctly.
This action will turn out good for the company and investors becaust the 60 days will run to Mid August and allow the new quarter earnings to be posted and many more announcements to be posted. Its all good. It all so allows the investors time to load up at a low rate that will generate bigger gains. I will continue to accumulate shares as funding permits.
