With all that went wrong in the past with the company not being provided the funds they were promised when they became a public company. The need to turn to a company like TCA for money. The PLN fiasco, the toxic lenders etc.
This company should have failed but they didn't. They fought their way back with very little to work with and are now growing/expanding again. They could have done what most companies in this position do and allowed the toxic financing to convert their balance causing a RS and pretty much wiping then current shareholders out. Instead they decided enough was enough from these crooks and decided to fight back. In doing so they protected the shareholders.
However they decide to address the share structure in the future I leave to them. I'm just along for the ride and wouldn't think of telling them what they should or shouldn't do. They seem to be doing a good job of running and growing the company now. Just my 2 cents.
