I had trouble with my phone and couldn't expound on my computer /long posts.
my point was that with 3 billion shares there is a limit that the float can overcome, with the overhang. I truly could never see this going past .25-.30 without a r/s.
I agree with you and did mention that for hjoe to uplist to athe Small Cap-Nasdaq, this has to be more limited in share structure, in order to grow the pps exponentially with actual revenues.
Again, I'm not saying today. I am saying when the float will not allow any more upward mobility, even though revenues will continue skyward. That would be when a R/S would aid everyone. Getting to say .20-.25 and having a 4-1,5-1 and getting this down to 500 million would allow the pps to grow with revenues. people are forgetting that hedge funds,SC funds would probably take 40% of the shares leaving retail with 300million. A tough ticket to get, and if revs soured, the pps would not be limited by overhang-over abundance of stock.
At .25, nobody would be wiped out, and the pps could make people more money because of funds,exchange-more publicity, harder to get stock. For hjoe to really make a move, they have to uplist. that can only happen after a r/s,even if they bought back shares.
Now, if the have a buyback program and get the goat down to 1.5 billion. That will allow them to get to .30 range and then do a 3-1, getting the float down to 350million. Then it becomes very dangerous, as those buying now will have a lot of clout, before big institutions will buy. keeping 65 percent of your shares and having a 300million float could yield some serious monies. .90 cents could go to the moon like 5 hours float-similar...
