I got ya thunder. Believe it or not a company can do a reverse split to fix a share structure and not just fleece a company. Check out the 1 year chart on LFVN. They uplisted years back to the Nasdaq. The reverse split was to keep them on the Nasdaq. With new management they were on their way back to a buck but did a reverse spit because they stated the structure was to high to begin with. This worked in the shareholder favor without a doubt.
Another way to look at it. Respectfully, would all of us be able to afford as many shares as you own if HJOE did not have to expand to 2-3 billion and have the pps hammered down?
