I received a response back from Fred Sommer in IR today. My email to him:
Hi Fred,
There was no shareholder meeting on or before June 6th as agreed upon in the latest filings with the major note holders.
There was a pr issued on March 22nd when the previous shareholders meeting scheduled for March 29th was cancelled, but there was no pr issued this time. Why not?
There is no reason that Management couldn't issue a pr stating that this latest meeting was cancelled, postponed, etc.
When can we expect an update as to the status of the proposed RS. increased A/S increase and annual shareholder meeting? "
His response back to me:
"I expect to have some answers in the next couple of weeks. With that said, the RS is not something that is being entertained at this time. Call in whenever you want to chat. Thanks for your support"
So just as I suspected, the RS is off the table - at least for now.
