I'm not saying Levy is purposefully manipulating just saying he is telling investors what they want to hear still with intentions of release filings when he says but just knowing that it "may likely" not be finished at that point.... There's a gray area as why it's not a lie... But these are all moot points. Makes no difference right now. I just expect filings much longer than most.
