Wilma... I'm not trying to cover Levy at all on being late. Neither am I saying he is purposefully manipulating the stock.
I'm just saying that he could be telling us soon... or 2 weeks... or 71 days with intentions of it coming out those times and to relieve investor pressure but just knows that it will "likely" not. That's why I said I wouldn't call it a lie... There is a gray area in there. Anyway... that's neither here nor there.... I just expect to see filings much longer than most do.
This prediction below just came true today... I wouldnt be surprised if I were right about when filings hit.
