I making estimations based on how things have been

I making estimations based on how things have been released. I'm hoping the 8k doesn't take as long as I believe (because stock will struggle) but when looking at the big picture it seems it will take a few more months.

So if the first 8k was released 2/2

Then the 10-k was released 4/15

Then the 10-Q was released 5/16

So maybe we see another Q on 6/17, and we see the other half of the financials 8K in 2 to 3 months.

Just my guess.
