Your time frame for the 8K is probably right or close to it, but I find it hard to believe that the UMS audits haven't been started.
The next 10Q is for only December 2015 and will be unaudited, so there is no reason for it not to come soon. Releasing it sure would help investor confidence while we're waiting for the 8k. Then we'll be done with the old TALK.
