No offense, but that is a bit of revisionist history.

GC spoke of a spin-off and said that it would either be a spin-off of the division into a separately trading OTC company or - if everything goes well - it might just be a spin-off into a separately trading NASDAQ company after the uplist.

I bought more based on this.

Then, at the last hour, he changed his plan and sold the assets to AVDX for stock of AVDX. Gregg Linn claims that he convinced GC to do this at last year's LD Micro conference.

In GC's defense, I don't like to talk in terms of "keeping his word" or lying. As I have said before, I don't think he is a liar. I think he is incompetent.

But I agree that what we got is better than the status quo. If the assets are worth anything, they have a shot now that they are in a clean vehicle.

Quote:
GC did keep to his word about branching off to a DX division and later saying they we're looking for a buyer.

They found a buyer, but I think we all thought of a BP and not another OTC company.

But it is what it is and we are still in-da-race. Might just turn out very well, or at least better than our status quo.

Feeling a little upbeat these days.........
