My attorney, did a great job to represent me, and then the company as well. We were able to get things ruled our way, and that was all I was interested in. ( mostly getting the company back on track.) Speaking of that, yes, this deal did slow things down, but I did re submit the Corporate Action requests back to Kevin at FINRA, our TA submitted his part and so did my attorney. This should clear up the PRPM and SUTI corporate actions. As far as what my attorney may, or may not have had with issues resulting in his participation in his political campaign, or other family matters and/or other accusations, I personalty have no knowledge of any details, it seems that those issues occurred several years prior to me hiring him to defend me. All that I can say, is that very high caliber of individuals who referred him to me respect him and highly recommend his services. I in turn, was and still am incredibly happy with the professional conduct and services that he and his firm rendered me, and I'm very happy with the win and results that it delivered to me. I've been in business a long time and have experienced all kinds of accusations. Last year for example, I was falsely accused and it took me a year and a lot of money to have the case dismissed. So I'm more than willing to give the benefit of the doubt, and also follow the fact that in the US there's a presumption of innocence and until convicted, the person has to get his day in court. I personally recommend him and feel that he is a great and professional attorney
