Dear Shareholder....yes I was approached & met with a Crowd Funding pitchman who wanted the management to relinquish control of one of our companies due to his big talk & even bigger promises of taking the stock to a dollar per share. His name was L.W. Dusty Brogdon based in Frisco Texas yet he liked to go by the name Dusty West. Talked about & said he used these same message boards & said that he was a trader that also had an incubanker & crowd funding site. His offer & sales pitch were turned down as all of his supposed reasoning & results he tried to reference were refuted & shot down. After consuming several more beers in addition to the several he had already consumed (that we also paid for) while making his pitch he became quite adamant of how if not he would go on a campaign to harm the same company that he had initially pitched about while @ the same time trying to say that he could do the same both good or bad for to any of our other companies. I have tried to stay out of this mess he is trying to cause but since he seems intent on bringing up the past I believe shareholders deserve the full truth as it relates to this Dusty West Brogdon character.
