Considering the fact that the Court , yesterday

Considering the fact that the Court , yesterday , stated that the case would continue as a , ' SPECIAL PROCEEDING ' , and today the discontinuance was issued makes me think that this will be handled outside of the normal proceedings. Most likely because of the suspension of the MMPR and the issues involved. In short, back room deals and settlements taking place. This is simply a guess on my part, but, to me, it does make sense. Any thoughts on that ?
