The poster you are responding to posted the original complaint in less than 12 hours after it was filed with the Court.
Anyone can check, but people were talking about using the lawsuit money on operations, and there hadn't even been a decision by the Court at that time. SFRX still has to prove damages and entitlement as the Court ultimately ruled.
Judge Cook smelled a rat......and rightly so.
But I understand your point. SFRX didn't plan on all this scrutiny. Wasn't that why they filed the lawsuit in the first place?
