I have stated here, to Hunt and Kyle, as well as on Ihub, if I am wrong I will admit it and even stop posting. I have stated that several times. Yet not one person has offered any proof, and SFRX even stated in court documents this info was readily available.
That said, why won't you or the others say if it's shown Kyle LIED you won't speak out and call a spade a spade?
Mary had sent to her a request for information pursuant to Chapter 119. If she failed to provide any last minute changes which would be part of the file, then that should be made known at the deposition. But I don't make assumptions nor do I call LIES mistakes. If you wish to reserve the right to call it all a mistake that's fine. I stand by my previous statements. If I was wrong I am happy to admit it.
What's interesting is the company and folks here have made the claim that I am wrong and even said I was doing harm. If I was harming the company, why can't or better yet won't anyone post documents said to be readily available and show I am wrong and stop the harm?

He basically asked, when it was shown the Defendant's statements were false and if they made the stock price drop as the company contends, where's the recovery?
