I'm willing to bet Sullivan has more money and clout than rosen! Don't think for a second that Sullivan's reputation is not the line. It would be much easier for the judge to just pass it on to trial, there didn't have to be much for her to pass the buck. I have been wrong (a lot more often then right with all this manipulation and bashers around), but I truly belive that the judge will not want to tie up any court with this trash. Maybe the signal is in, rosen is going down and hard!
