If you think about it, it is easier for a psoriasis patient, with "moderate" inflamation and a score of 3, to show a two point improvement to 1, as they have a possible improvement of three points.
For a "mild" inflamation patient with a score of 2, it takes improvement to no inflamation to get that two point improvement to 0.
The moderate patient has much more room for improvement (something I was told often in school), and only has to improve by 2/3 or 67 percent, while the mild patient has to improve 100 percent.
